Liability
HushCon is not responsible for lost or stolen personal effects, nor is the conference venue. We will make every effort to facilitate the storage or personal belongings and presentation materials at the time of the conference, however this is done at your own risk.

Alcohol on Premises
Alcohol will be made available at the conference through the venue. If an attendee appears to be intoxicated, disruptive, or beligerant they may be asked to leave by conference organizers or venue staff. All federal, state, and local laws governing alcohol consuption, especially with regards to minors, shall be observed during this event. All attendees are expected to adhere to these laws, and more importantly common sense, as well as any instructions or requests put forth by conference organizers or venue personnel.

Anti-Harassment Policy
HushCon is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference talks, unless explicitly cleared with conference staff prior to presentation, to determine topical relevance. Conference participants violating these rules may be removed from the conference at the discretion of the conference organizers or venue staff.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately.

Zombie Outbreaks
In the event of a zombie outbreak during this conference, organizers shall determine the re-organization and acceptance of attendees based on available resources, enginuity, natural aptitude in crisis situations, and mental stability. All other attendees will be asked to leave immediately. Sorry if you don't make the cut.
